Refund Policy

1. Status — beta is free
The Service is currently in a free public beta. No charges apply to any Account. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid plans launch in a future release. Until then, there is nothing to refund.
2. When this policy will apply
When paid plans go live, this Refund Policy will govern all charges made through our payment processor (currently planned: Razorpay). At that point, the page will be updated with the payment processor in use and any specific currency or tax considerations.
3. Pro-rata refund window (planned)
For monthly paid plans, you will be able to cancel at any time and receive a refund of the unused portion of the current billing cycle, calculated to the day. The refund is processed via the original payment method.
4. Non-refundable cases (planned)
- Usage already consumed beyond a threshold-of-fairness during the cycle (for example, 80% of monthly bandwidth used) is not refundable. The threshold will be defined in advance and shown at checkout.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
- Chargebacks initiated directly with the card issuer (rather than a refund request to us) will trigger an Account review.
5. Billing-cycle alignment
Refunds will be calculated to the day from your most recent successful charge. If your cycle does not align with a calendar month (for example, you signed up mid-month), the refund will be pro-rated against the actual cycle.
6. GST treatment
The Service will be taxable in India at the GST rate prevailing on the date of the original invoice (currently 18% for digital services). Refunds will return the full amount including the GST component. We will issue a credit note in line with applicable GST rules; if you require an invoice adjustment for accounting purposes, mention that when emailing us.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@inrok.in with the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address you used at signup. We aim to respond within 7 business days and to process approved refunds within 14 business days of approval. Settlement time on your end depends on your bank or payment method.
